I am Shanprana – a name derived from the powerful Sanskrit words Shanti (peace) and Prana (life energy). Together, they embody what I live and share through my work: the reconnection to your inner peace and true self through conscious energy work, healing presence, and profound guidance.

As a wounded healer, I resonate deeply with the archetypal figure of Chiron, the centaur whose own wounds became a source of deep wisdom and healing power. With a wealth of experience drawn from a fulfilling life on three continents, diverse training, and transformative personal processes, I accompany people on their journey to transform their lives into ones of love, contentment, and success. My heartfelt mission is to open your heart to self-love and to support you on your path to inner strength and harmony.

I have walked through dark valleys myself and am proud today to have overcome these challenges. My spiritual journey began early: as a child, I spent time in a Christian monastery and was introduced to the spiritual world at a young age. Yet later, during a phase of shadow work, I was plagued by fear and illness and wanted to break away from spirituality altogether. It took time for me to realize that this detour had led me off my true path.

After years of self-deception, professional success, and striving to be a loving mother, a health crisis struck and kept me down for nearly two years. But from this crisis, deep gratitude emerged: I returned to university, fulfilled a long-held dream, and spent many years working as a development aid worker and healer for abused women in Tanzania. That time allowed me to grow spiritually, expand my perspectives, and re-examine the values of our Western world.

Today, I am a proud mother and grandmother of three wonderful adult children and a sweet granddaughter. I also carry many children and women from Africa in my heart, to whom I was able to offer love, support, and healing for many years. I thank God, the spiritual world, and myself with all my heart for all the experiences, love, and growth that have enriched my life.
